"Usually, I’ve had wonderful experiences with this location, however, I guess today was a bad day for the staff. After calling to try to get a resolution and explain what I saw on my online portal, the lady that I was speaking to was very short with me and rude. I then heard her say, “I’m about to go off in here.” And I responded, that wasn’t going to help the situation. Once on the phone with the manager, she was also rude and short with me. But we did reach a resolution. Once, I usually have positive experiences with this particular but not today. I understand we’re all human and all have bad days. However, my interaction with both ladies could I have been far better than what it is."
