"One of the worst pharmacy’s I’ve been to. New prescription was sent from dr office on Thursday or Friday and they didn’t bother to fill it as of Sunday when I called. Put a rush on it because I was out so they said it would be done before 5. Check in at 4:30 and she said they didn’t have it and to check back next day. I told her we were out and to check with another location and transfer. She walks away- comes back and said they found it and to circle around back through and they would fill it. What gives, did they just not want to be bothered. Have trouble with them EVERY time!!!!"

"I called in with a little bit of a tricky question today, and I spoke with Mary and she was absolutely amazing. She was very pleasant to speak with. She is worth every $ ya'll are paying her. (*hint* )Maybe even a few more (*hint*)"

"This pharmacy sucks. Every time I need to fill a script (maybe 4/5 times a year). There is always a problem!! They need paperwork or new insurance card info or update my info or there's always at least a 10 minute wait. Today, there was a problem, I called after they opened and they haven't called back. I had to call them back and they told me to call the prescribing Dr. Called them, they said only the pharmacy can call in and ask for the script to be changed, so I called them back. A lot of headache I shouldn't have to deal with! DO YOUR JOB KROGER PHARMACY!"
