Walmart Pharmacy

"I've usually had fine experiences when I go in person, but today I called to cancel a prescription and the person who answered the phone cut me off mid-sentence to ask my name. When I tried talking again they said they did it and then hung up on me, again mid-sentence."

"Absolutely the most UNPROFESSIONAL group of humans I've ever met. I had surgery a couple days ago and this pharmacy treated me like an addict because my doctor prescribed me pain medicine. I've only ever had pain meds twice. This time and when I had my wisdom teeth removed. My ID was expired and I didn't know and the people behind the counter were so rude about it. The amount of assumptions these people made has made an already tough experience even worse. I go to a pharmacy to help me feel better, not to feel judged. Maranda and Jenna tried to make me feel so beneath them because I was prescribed these meds. I know nobody cares, but I'm definitely switching pharmacies. This was the worst experience."

"Got my Covid vaccine. There was no pain, just a slight stick, and I was done. Have had no side effects at all. It's better than catching Covid and being hospitalized or dying. You got all ur shots before you started school, didn't you?"

"The foreign guy is who answers the phone doesn’t understand clearly. Can’t comprehend simple words, or requests. Was rude and unpleasant. Had no knowledge of the system he works for. He isn’t easily understood himself, which is even more frustrating. Won’t go back to this pharmacy if they gave out free meds. And it’s all because of this one little piece of awful employee you have that’s making you lose all of the medical insurances you guys no longer have. Walmart pharmacy is a joke. Go to Walgreens or cvs. VERY KIND, INTELLIGENT people working there and they still take your insurance. What a blessing Walgreens is."

"I have never had trouble with a pharmacy the way I do this one. My prescriptions are never ready on time. I either have to call or walk in two or three times before my medication is finally ready to be picked up. This last time it took two weeks to get my medication. I went on Friday to pick it up and the lady told me it was on back order and they were waiting for my doctor to fax back. Today I picked up my medicine (FINALLY) with no issues but once I left I received a snooty phone call from someone stating that I had a medication that has been ready for 5 days and needs picked up. When I know for a fact it was not ready for 5 days. I don't know what is going on with this pharmacy but I have never had trouble like this anywhere else."
