"Staff was nice enough. Spent time there trying to get things transferred over. They told me my insurance was invalid. I called my insurance which said everything was fine and they didn't know how to enter things correctly. Insurance told me the pharmacy needed to complete some training and I would hear from them the next day. I never did. My insurance advised me it would be a lot easier to use a larger big name pharmacy that deals with volume. Unfortunately, was a wasted 4-5 hours of my life. :( I was hoping to avoid a big name pharmacy as Alivio is listed in network."

"Pharmacy confirmed with my insurance company that they could get a specific medication that I have found difficult to find. The said they could order it and it would be here in 1-3 days. So I drove 5+ miles out of my neighborhood to drop off the prescription and then 5+ miles home. And the NEXT day they called me and lied about having spoken to my INS. Then I had to drive back again to pick up the prescription. I spoke to the pharmacist who could have cared less and chose not to apologize."
