"Will NEVER use H&R again! I went to them so my taxes would be filed correctly. Well......WRONG! I filed them at the beginning of February and here we are in April I have yet to receive my tax return because I received a letter from the IRS. My taxes were NOT filed properly!! They will NOT take responsibility for there mistake but they got their money! So... Do yourself a favor and use Turbo Tax it is WAY cheaper! Zero stars! Absolutely terrible place to get your taxes done."

"Tax prep was fine. Preparer was friendly. But, they dont explain that you may be turned down for a quick loan refund. We have good credit, when we called we were told that they (the loan) company wasn't given enough information. So, we paid nearly $400 dollars to get our money in a month. Something we could have done for free online. When I called back to let them know, they brushed me off. Do yourself a favor and do it yourself!"
