"During Covid they pack out the waiting room. Make me wait 30 mins (so far). Meanwhile I've not eaten all day and it's 3:30!!! Why do I have an appointment when it can't be kept?"

"They are so busy helping other patients that they have a plaque to tell you that they are permanently doing so, even though there isn’t another soul to be seen. The kiosk that you sign in at says 5 minutes but never changes to provide a more accurate time."

"I have been here a few times and every time the people that were there were less than friendly, terse and downright surly. One time I went in with orders from an online service and they had no idea what to do. Then, when they finally figured it out they wanted to argue about why there was duplicate orders on the doctors orders and my online orders. I had to ask them repeatedly to just do the draws as directed. Another time I simply had to pick up some testing supplies but they would not speak to me about it until I "signed in". We actually spent more time talking about the sign in process that it took to get my supplies. Then... refused to give me instructions about the test saying I should have received instructions from the online service. Totally rude. The last time I was there they lost my orders that were faxed from the doctors office and even though they actually tried to find the orders you could tell they really didn't want to do it. Every time I have been to this location there has been some sort of delay, mix-up, confrontation or big discussion about what had to be done and I left feeling confused and irritated. Just pick another location... They are all over the place. I have to use Mid America for my online orders but I won't go to this location ever again."

"I went one day last week and sat in the waiting room for 25 mins before some checked the sign-in book. In totallity, I waited 40 mins to find out I had to be fasting forst. Had some been at the counter upon arrival that would have been discovered right away. So disappointed!!"

"Unprofessional ..I got here at 730 nobody was at reception window ..i waited 5 min only to have the lady come out I said GM she only said I need u to sign in..if she checked I already signed in ..then her colleague walked in she perked up an they started talking about non work related issues..them had the nerve to ask me if I had my truck parked illegally ..i told her I don't have a truck ..then I waited only one to hear them talk about a co worker Jonae that was leaving an laughed at her degree..whe she finally opened the door to call me she waited watching tv about the seal that grabbed gurl in the water....when she called me back she was very condescending the whole time ...i was there thur 730 am the only person in the waiting room"
