"The Greenhouse Flat: To start, this place has a lot of potential that falls short. To start, it is obvious the owners know how to grow plants so fake fake fake stuff all over the place is absurd. the ugly fake leafy wall behind the tv has to be among the worst of it. I would suggest sticking to realistic rustic, not fake. When we first arrived, we noticed the vent above the toilet hanging from the ceiling. We began looking around and found that anything with a hinge doesn't work. Drawers were 50/50 and some were full of stuff used for upkeep like paint. The refrigerator door doesn't shut easily. you have to work with it. The tray in the refrigerator is broken. The toilet seat doesn't like to stay up. The hot tub buttons are touch and go. Only one side of the tub worked. When we turned on the jets to high, we started getting dirty film streaks on the top of the water. I don't know how, but the tv just flipped to Chromecast on it's own. this had to come from somewhere. no other unit should be able to do that. They advertise coffee provided. we were given one filter. To make matters worse, the coffee maker was a fancy version (good intent noted), which meant I had to read the manual while trying to wake up. I just wanted coffee. The shower has a wooden slat bottom that is raised from the floor, nice enough until you step next to the edge. It literally flipped up at me. Not hurt, but could cause issues. Next to where we parked, there was an old bathtub with nasty water and green film. I would think this is not intentional. Do they think that someone that rustic is trashy? Outlets were not the most convenient. some were, but needs improving. Lighting is terrible. most have to be turned on individually without a wall switch and even when they are on, the light level sucks. If i was paying $100 a night, this would fall into a much better category, but $287 for 1 night, I expect better. Fix all the hinges, clean the tub filter, remove the fake plants, remove the ugly christmas light trees. keep it simple, clean, and in good repair, and this would be a much better review. On the better side, The look they go for is good to some level. I can see the draw to this place. It still has possibility."

"We loved this place so much we were already talking about planning a future stay, and booked it as soon as we got home. The rules were clear and easy to follow, really focused on general courtesy - No loud music, shower before tub use, don't use the hot tub while drunk, etc. I appreciate that there are clear rules around children, additional guests, and guests bringing animals. As long as everyone follows the rules, there will be no negative experiences with other guests. We had a short chat with the owners and found them to be lovely people, the immediately recommended a hot tub brand when we told them how much we enjoyed our stay and we were prioritizing getting a tub of our own. My wife loved feeding the miniature horses. Next time we stay, we'll be bringing groceries and staying in the entire time. We spent half a day in Nashville checking out all of the shops, and while it was great I think we've seen all there is to see for now. If you stay here, most of the $5 all day parking places in Nashville have a QR code and online pay method, so you don't need to hunt for an ATM or bring cash."

"Robinwood is amazing. My husband and I spent two nights at Maybelle’s and it exceeded our expectations. It is a very warm, inviting and cozy getaway. They have thought of everything. The owners were great and even had Christmas music playing when arrived. The property is wonderful and just a few minutes from town. We enjoyed Boo, an absolutely amazing dog, sitting on our porch for awhile. We would love to return in the summer. Tim and Lora"

"My family stayed in the Maybelle, it was great! The cabin has a great rustic feel with all the amenities you could want. The rough saw cut wood and the fireplace make you feel at home right away. The owners dogs, chickens and miniature horses are very friendly and greet you to the property and help you not miss your own pets as much. The property is quiet and off the beaten path but only 2 minutes from town. We will be back!"
