"Before I start I want to say the receptionist is amazing and was so accommodating as this was my first time bringing my pet with me on a vacation. However the rooms are terrible. Stains on everything and there was somehow a giant wet spot on the ceiling, which I can only assume was someone else's pet as we had another floor above us and the room smelled like urine, very very noticeably. For 5 days, the stay was 600. 100 dollar pet deposit included in that. And the best possible part is the owners live there. Right above the office. They come out to stare and watch everyone who stays in their motel. Was told by someone to even keep an eye on them by someone on our way to our room. Needless to say, we left after day one despite the fact we couldn't get a refund. Oh! And I should add you have to go down this sketchy alleyway to get to the motel. Krispy Kreme is across the street though, which is nice. DO NOT GO HERE IF IT IS ICY OR RAINY. THERE ARE NO STAIRS, ONLY RAMPS ALL THE WAY TO THE THIRD FLOOR THAT SAY SLIPPERY WHEN WET"

"Went to our son's wedding in Nashville, what a disappointment...Accommodation was the worst place I've ever stayed. This is a 29 dollar a night stay, but we all know that doesn't exist anymore.... It needs a total rehab, rooms are dated to say the least, TV reception is sketchy at best, no coffee ☕ in rooms, shower heads are antique, water pressure was decent enough. Way overpriced for what they offer, I will be more vigilant with my reservation in the future....I do not recommend this....."

"Beyond love this place. Stayed over 6 times now and always a great experience. Staff is beyond amazing and cater to your every need! location is super cool! Kids absolutely love the park, whirlpool room!! Rooms are spacious and beautiful. Super clean and fully stocked! Definitely check this place out! Close to restaurants, shopping etc!"

"The service at this hotel is above any I've experienced anywhere else(I travel quite a bit). Very personable staff who actually enjoy what they do and love their boss! I was assisted by staff from the parking lot during a snow storm on December 23rd. Extremely nice and caring staff going above and beyond the call of duty! Thank you!"

"The rooms were a bit dated but extremely clean. They had a microwave and fridge. The bed was extremely comfortable. Everyone there was nice and friendly. I enjoyed the location. It is close to a lot of great eating places and it is not a bad walk to other places around. We had great pricing for the rooms and I felt like it was a good value for what we paid. The bathroom was clean and not broken like some of the other places ive been too. It was a little chilly in our room however."
