"Our room had no hot water, old broken furniture, bugs, dirty mattress cover, a sticky door, dirty floors, and the fishing was a waste of time in that cove, website pics are deceiving as well. For nearly $200 a night you would think they could afford some insecticide and upgrade the furniture. I'll try to post the pictures we took while we were there and let them decide if you really want to stay at paradise cove. They comped us for one of the 3 nights we stayed but we won't be back and don't recommend this place. Thanks"

"we rented this place for 9 adults for some vacational fun. when i booked for 3 days, 2 nights i was charged 550 with a 100 dollar deposit. thats fine, figured it would be expensive with how many people we were having. Come check in time, and the lady at the office told me i had to pay ANOTHER 150 dollar deposit and that if nothing was broken, stolen, or damaged we would get it back. COME TO FIND OUT- something they neglected to tell us was that we were sharing it with another side of a duplex that someone owned. we were never told and it was not on the website. we got there and there was a chair broken, and glass staining all around the tables. gash in the dresser we had in the room i stayed in. Also to add the doors separating our sides were 100% able to be seen through. 650 dollars for no privacy and no information of staying on another side of someone elses home. ITS NOW CHECK OUT TIME: and nobody is at the office to accept my key so that we can go home. Do better."
