"This was our first time visiting this establishment, and I was told that the perch was comparable to Flamingo. I ordered the Catfish special, my wife the perch. It took forever to get the food, and it came out cold. The gentleman running the establishment chatted with us while we were waiting and apologized for the wait (over 30 minutes after we finished our salad), and he acknowledged they weren't very busy. He said he would deduct 10% from the bill, a decent gesture. The bill came after we ate our cold food (my wife found quite a few bones in her perch BTW), and no deduction was made. We won't return. It ain't Flamingo."
"The food used to be outstanding and for a great price. Now it's alright at outrageous prices. The perch dinner was $22!! The service was great but prices are not, won't be going back for a long time..."
"We went on Friday before Valentine's day. I called ahead at 3pm to ask about price of perch dinner. Lady who answered said it was 16.95. Menu said 19.95 when we got there and I told waitress the website still says 15.95! Come on let's get it together for new people. Perch was pretty good but not worth 19.95. Sweet potato fries weren't Very hot, no lemon for fish on plate. We weren't asked how we wanted the perch prepared but we got fried which was right. The waitress who took our order kept whizzing by to bring plates to bar tables and never even looked over at us to see if we needed anything. The other waitress finally came over though. I think they weren't sure who's table it was. Anyway nothing to write home about."
