"10 am means 10am not 1010 am if the pharmacist was here on time the pharmacy would open on time do you job right be on time my store opens at 10 6 days week I am there no later than 9 am each day"

"Highly recommend using ANY other pharmacy. They will lie straight to your face and say it'll be ready in 45 min and you won't get it for 2 days. Or say it'll be done soon we'll text you and when you call 7 hours later they'll say oh no we won't fill that until tomorrow. 100% don't use the pharmacy if you have any kind of time sensitivity. They obviously don't care"

"I've had nothing but a good experience at this pharmacy friendly staff and the pharmacist that work there are very informative and go over any new medicine that you are prescribed also if you don't have insurance they always help you find the cheapest price and they accept almost any insurance I don't know why people have had bad experiences here because they have helped me out the best way they possibly can!"

"The personal at this pharmacy have no idea of customer service. Wait times are extreme with long lines and no apparent concern from employees. If my doctor calls a prescription into the pharmacy, it might be ready the next day or not. Reaching the pharmacy by phone is a joke, if someone does answer, you can’t be sure of the truth. I have been told a prescription was ready and arriving at the store being told it would be 30 minutes and after an hour being told again 30 minutes. The attitude seems to be “we are doing you a favor.” One of the counter clerks recommends going to the South Kankakee Walmart for decent pharmacy service. This is not a one time complaint and spending so much time in line waiting, I get the same story from other customers. The common refrain is that Meijers will be here next year and they will be taking their business there. Me too."
