"This might be the worst pharmacy in the continental US. If there was an annual award for slowest service, lack of urgency, and poor employee aptitude this pharmacy would win without issue. Imagine for a moment if a post-apocalyptic pharmacy was suddenly overtaken by a group of disobedient 9 year olds…that fictional pharmacy would still run smoother than this disgraceful place. Avoid completely!"

"Good luck actually talking to the pharmacy department on the phone. It rings and rings then they pick up the phone and set it down. Was on hold for 25 minutes and had to call back all for 1 question. I'd give minus stars if it was possible."

"Avoid this pharmacy if you value your time, accuracy, and good customer service. This place with suck your time up because they can never get any correct. Do yourself a favor and pick a different pharmacy."

"ALWAYS a wait, only one lane open half the time, or none at all. Most of the employees have no sense of urgency and aren't friendly. And the mobile app is constantly kicking out my auto refill on medication. So I always have to check my meds to see if they are on auto refill."

"One lane open. Customer service is absolutely horrid. You need to hope and pray there’s no issue obtaining your prescription because the staff does not inquire with doctors or update you at all on the status besides the automated message. The staff is rude and one woman even told me to “just pay out of pocket” because there’s no reason I couldn’t “afford” it. Absolutely no reason to comment on finances of a customer which she has no information on. I’ve called and complained to corporate and tried to speak with managers there. No response. Shocking!"
