Parke Bridge Motel

"Landed here last-minute after another arrangement fell through, in the middle of a snow storm. Management was kind and helpful in making the reservation as we drove, and we got a warm welcome at check-in with recommendations for dinner and the following day's breakfast. Room was cleaner than most hospitals I've been in - no dust ANYWHERE. No wall or ceiling stains, no dirt/lint/etc. on the hard surface floors. Hot water was HOT and there was plenty of it for a long bath and a steamy shower in the same hour. Oh, and the towels? Thick & heavy, and PLENTY of them. Thick memory foam mattresses were outfitted with warm & cozy flannel sheets, a heavy blanket, beautiful quilts and PLENTY of nice pillows. Light colored sheers and curtains on the west-facing picture window overlooking the parking area provided nice light into the room, and when combined with the bedside lamp and overhead, there was no shortage of illumination, even in the middle of the night. There was a tiny bit of sound transfer from one room to the next but nothing unbearable, and honestly, less than I would have expected from older construction. This is definitely the place we'll set for our destination next time."

"Love love LOVE this place. Verry coazy, real friendly. I had to fix my front bumper cuz I hit a dear. And she asked if I needled help or zip ties.(I didnt) but she had no problem with me working on my car there. Even let me check out lat no extra cost. And she gave me a deal cuz of the people I was giving a ride for ... Room verry clean. Fresh new towels. Cute . And cumphy. All the folks in that area just were so nice. Better than ( Minnesota nice))!!"

"The Parke Ridge Motel was clean, comfy and cozy just as it was advertised to be. The Owner was very polite and helpful. She gave us recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. We love small towns and love this area. We shopped, ate, hiked at Turkey Run & Raccoon Lake and had a great time. We would stay here again."

"This is such a quaint, cute motel! We had the hiking themed room and enjoyed it. The beds and pillows are quite comfortable. The overall room is clean, but the bathroom needs to be updated, it's just a bit worn. Again, clean, just worn. The owner is extremely nice and clearly takes pride in her property. We will definitely stay again if we are ever in the area."
