"The staff has really been understanding with my son. As he is trying to adjust to a new environment. They have done everything in their power to make him feel comfortable, cared, and loved. Kelly the director is the sweetest person and so understanding. They are also great with keeping you updated. We love them! We love his teachers as well. 10/10 would recommend"
"My child never could get used to this place. One day I walked in to pick him up and he was on the floor crying, not one of the teachers was consoling him. I spoke to a lady named Kelly about this and she told me we don’t treat kids like parents do, we are a business. The search to find a new daycare was on immediately after that. Taking him was a chore, he’d scream as soon as we pulled into the parking lot. New daycare that he’s is now has been a world of a difference. He’s so much happier now and actually likes going. 100% avoid this place. It’s unacceptable how the treat children."
"NEGATIVE STARS!!! They keep taking down my posts but I will be heard about this place. All I know is my child has been gone from this place for a year and everytime we drive past the place she busts out crying. I don't know what they did to her but they scared her. I can't even take that road anymore because she freaks out. Oh and if they are mentally handicapped you will be kicked out! IF YOUR CHILD HAS ANY SPECIAL NEEDS DONT MAKE THEM SUFFER THERE!!! LEARN FROM US!!!"
"I love NCCD. My son had been a student there for 4 years. The staff has become our second family. They have helped us through tough decisions, celebrated milestones with us, and loved and supported our son every step of the way. Each teacher and assistant he had in his time there were wonderful with him and were always very communicative with us on him and his progress. He’s now in kindergarten and I know he’s doing as well as he is because of the support he received at NCCD."
