"Wouldn’t even give this one star. I wish this place would shut down. Management is terrible, they lack compassion for kids and families, they only care about money. They don't really know what they're doing nor do they care. This facility has lost about half of their students since new management in May of 2023. They will hire anyone, most teachers are rude and aggressive to children. There's no structure, they don't actually teach. They don't send sick kids home so your child will be sick every two weeks. They also don't clean. They constantly say they have rooms deep cleaned but never do. The “cleaning crew" cleans windows and the lobby. No classrooms are ever touched. They also do not care about ratio. Your child's teacher will almost always be over ratio and your kid will not be watched as closely as they should. If you truthfully want the best for your child, consider another facility."

"I want to give an honest review on our experience so that other parents may be advised. My child attended Kid City for 6 months. When we initially toured, we were very impressed, my Mom has been in childcare for 20 years and they passed her inspection as well. They boasted on their consistent communication, child safety, and all other accommodations. We felt confident that they would provide exceptional care. I will be honest that as a first time mom, my anxiety was probably higher than they were used to. However, if a parent raises any concerns, it is your job to respond and address them. First and foremost, the communication is not just poor, it is non existent. They do not update parents regularly (like they claimed they will and are required by the state) and there have been times where their communication system has gone down and did not inform the parents. Secondly, this school told us per their handbook policy on safe sleep, we were not allowed to bring in a sleep sack for our child. We support safe sleep 10000% so we followed this policy. To our surprise, the safe sleep policy is NOT followed. We found our 3 month old INFANT sleeping on their stomach before they could even roll over. When I questioned it, I was ignored. On another occasion, we found our child sleeping in a crib with a bib on. Again, this is not safe sleep and extremely dangerous as it can lead to suffocation and potential strangulation. Third, they continually lost medication forms we filled out for our child, even after we sent doctors notes. For some reason, they can not keep paperwork straight. Upon picking up my child’s items, I noticed that a medication bottle we had there for our child was empty. However, no log of them administering this medication has been made. This leaves me wondering if they administered it to our child or if it was used for another child. I’m left in shock over our experience. The problem with this establishment is lack of leadership, administration, and proper staff training. If you as are looking into childcare at this facility, my suggestion would be to look elsewhere."

"This school unfortunately lacks on leadership. I put my son here around winter for like 2 months maybe they were cleaning with strong bleach while the kids were still there. It was always so dark when I had to pick up my son. I notice some teacher were rude to the children. And it took me forever to enroll him in school. My friend try to enroll her son she did everything and they told her everything was good and they were waiting for the CCDF to approve the school turns out the CCDF had already approve and it was already a week since it was approved she call the school to notify and ask what was the issue and she was hang up and never call back again. This is really a bad place"

"Ms Lo is absolutely amazing with my son. The amount of special things she does for her class is absolutely amazing. The owner Angie is absolutely phenomenal and as a mom of a child who needed “special care” post a frantic experience at another daycare she had worked with us in coming up with strategies!!! Great job and Jaxwn loves you all!"

"My child was enrolled at Kid City USA without my knowledge and without legal documentation being provided that it was okay for her to take part at this facility. As parents, we trust our children's safety in the hands of these individuals who provide care. How could my child be registered at this facility without my knowledge, yet on January 4, 2023 to date, even after providing the requested documentation such as, my license, my child's birth certificate, and legal documentation, proving that I am this child's mother and my legal position, Angie Stalling continues to deny all enrollment details from me AND my Attorney! Angie Stalling will not release documentation regarding my child because she accepted illegal documentation, had my child take part at her facility without my knowledge, and is trying to cover it up! I am extremely concerned with the procedures and unprofessionalism at this facility, and would not trust Angie Stalling's, @Kid City USA (Fishers) to provide care for my child in the future, nor would I recommend your child's participation!"
