"This store is always cluttered and messy. I walked by earlier just to see your employee sitting on the counter while on his phone and the store was a mess. Boxes and products were laying around everywhere and he was just sitting on his phone. I think this location may need some leadership changes. This is a common thing for this place now. It never use to be. Seems like the people don't care about their shop anymore"

"They had what I was looking for. The last bottle of what I was looking for so I hope they try to keep it in stock. Anyway the gentleman on staff asked if I needed help finding something... I described the item inwas looking for and he looked for all of about 30 seconds without finding it; then kind of just gave up and walked away without further word. I thought it was not very helpful or professional; but I ended up finding the product i was looking for on my own. Anyway, I'm at least glad that the store is here."
