"I tried 4 times to get someone to call me back. They never have and that has been month’s ago. I called left messages and actually talked to the front desk who took my name, number told me I would receive a call back with 48hours. That was 7 months ago still nothing. DO NOT waste your time here. Terrible service."

She's known for her direct approach, which I genuinely appreciate, as I prefer straightforward feedback when seeking help. Rita has even made herself available during her off-hours when I needed urgent support. Since I started working with her, I've found that my depression and anxiety have become much more manageable, thanks to the skills she's equipped me with. I wholeheartedly recommend Oasis and Rita to anyone seeking help. Please keep in mind that there might be a lengthy waitlist due to the high number of clients the therapists already serve and their own commitments, so consider requesting to be put on the waiting list if you can't get in immediately."

"A family member was referred here in April. I heard nothing back. When we chased up, we were told that I needed another referral as the original one was out of date. Another referral was sent, and Shelby, the manager claimed not have got it when I phoned the next day. When I expressed by frustration about their apparent incompetence as we had to make multiple calls, I was told that 'I need to be nice to her', or I can go elsewhere! This is a company that deals with people who have mental health issues, but in my view, does not have the compassion or integrity to treat them with dignity and respect. I would avoid this company like the plague!"

"I've went to this "mental health" facility for 5 years now. I've went through 3 counselors and 2 nurse practitioners. It took me 5 years to get tested for anything remotely helpful into pinpointing what's wrong with my head. And still they haven't tried teaching me the right tools to cope with life any better. Today I was told to go to another facility, non affiliated, and not to bother making another appointment. This place is a joke. Don't waste your time, money, or breath on these people. They don't listen. They don't care."

"We started going to Oasis over a year ago. During the upcoming weeks prior, they told me that they were in our insurance. Come to find out after 1 year of being seen almost monthly by this place, they tell us you our insurance is not taken by two of the 3 we have been seeing and our bill of 1200 dollars is due in 2 days. We have made multiple phone calls to this place and they will not call us back. The only reason they received two stars is because Judy was wonderful with our son. Now after my child has trusted a therapist, they have dropped us as a patient because they wanted the full 1200 dollars in two days, and refusing to call us back. During covid, and still you had to wait in the car until your appointment. They forgot we were there and made us wait for an hour then tell us sorry you missed your appointment so you’ll have to reschedule …which is almost 2 months out."
