"Very disappointed in the lack of leadership and responsibility of this place. My child was physically harmed for 6 months before I was finally told they wouldn’t do anything about it. Daycares have a responsibility to provide a safe environment for ALL children, and this facility failed miserably despite my best efforts to find a resolution. Even when they appointed a new director, it seemed nobody wanted to take care of any issues. Luckily we’ve found a new daycare where my child is safe and happy."
