"This specific location as far as working here, DO NOT. They are very unorganized and will put you in situations without prepping you for it. I was put on a very high behavior child as a new RBT after being told they do not accept high behaviors in the clinic. The schedule is never set there are constantly changing things in the middle of the shift. I wanted to speak with HR and the director Kennedy could not provide that information. Kennedy and the stand in director of this location both lied about my performance at work and their communication and I have messages to prove their mistakes. Overall just not the location you want to work for. There are other locations that might do better for you."

"We knew Circle City ABA Brownsburg was the right place for our 4 year old daughter as soon as we walked in the building. We toured multiple facilities in the city, but none of them were as bright, clean, & most importantly FUN as this one. The center director, Kaitlyn, really knows her s*** & even if we didn’t like the space as much as we did, just her enthusiasm & positivity would have been enough to gain our business. Since we started 6 months ago, our girl has grown so much & we’ve noticed such a change in her ability to communicate wants & needs. This play-based center is so much more than the old school, controversial ABA approach. Our BCBA & therapist team truly love our child for who she is & do not want to change her, or force her to communicate in an unnatural way. They celebrate her wins & work hard to turn any challenges she experiences into an opportunity to grow. Most importantly, our daughter LOVES it there & is happy to go back every day."
"Circle City ABA therapy has been the best decision I’ve ever made as a parent of a child with ASD. The staff is amazing and are committed to providing quality therapy that meets my child’s individual needs. They’ve worked with my child’s already acquired skills and abilities and have ensured that if any adjustments need to be made they do so in a manner that my child understands. I couldn’t be happier with the results! Not to mention, the enrollment process was much quicker than other ABA therapy locations. Overall, I would 100% recommend Circle City to anyone!"
