"Ordered cards with envelopes. They entered the envelopes in backwards which led to me waiting for over an hour for them to be reprinted. Not even a partial refund was offered which I would’ve gladly accepted instead of the printed envelopes."

"Came in to write a review and noticed that there are multiple 1-star reviews. Well, here is another one. I came to pick up a prescription; waited for 1.5 hours, coming up to the window multiple times. Was told by technician named Heather that I will wait as long as it takes them, because she still had 51 scripts ahead of me and would not move me up just because I am waiting. I don’t believe I’ve seen anyone this rude before. In the meantime, I am watching them laugh and talk to each other instead of filling up the scripts. It would have taken them less time to fill my script than what they have spent telling me they will not do it. Find yourself another pharmacy."

"If I could put zero stars I would! Today, I sent my husband to pick up a prescription for our child and he was charged $17 more than he should have been. Not only that, but when I called the pharmacy to speak with them, they were very rude. They refused to apologize for their error and told me there's nothing I can do about it. They also did not check for patient identifiers to verify that they were talking about the correct patient. I had checked the script prior to entering the store, and when the bottle was brought home it was for a much larger suspension. These are two very critical med errors that were made. Not only did they make these critical errors, they acted as though they did not care that they had charged and correctly.... They had the wrong suspension. The manager also told me that he would not apologize. He said he had nothing to apologize for! I would definitely avoid this pharmacy! I am a registered nurse and so thank goodness I am aware of medication errors. If you choose to use this pharmacy, be very cautious to make sure that your prescriptions are what they are actually filling."

"I transferred my Rx here and trust me…it’ll be the last time. I called and was on hold for 20 minutes. Decided I’d call the Walgreens I originally had my Rx at. When the pharmacist called this location they picked up right away. When I walked up to the counter to pick up the two employees were goofing off. Id understand the hold time if they were busy but this was just…insane to me."

"Pharmacy is an absolute joke. Doctor called in prescription Thursday...got texts saying it was "in progress". Finally, Saturday I physically went there and nothing had been done. They said they would get to it immediately. I came back 3 hours later and they hadn't done anything yet. Just told them to cancel it and I would have my doctor call it in to CVS Monday. 2nd time I've had same issue. Avoid this place!!!!"
