"This is a low quality, selling broken cars and poor customer service dealership. The headache these people caused me for selling me a broken vehicle was beyond frustrating. I ended up at this dealership for a specific vehicle test drove it twice then took it home. Within 24 hours of owning it the engine light came on and the car’s engines went into a reserve mode so not performing correctly. I call the next day the dealership seems nice enough to bring it in and “fix” the issue. This pattern would repeat 5+ times in the span of a month. I’d have to drive 40 minutes have someone follow me there so I could drop it off until they called to say it was fixed, just for the pattern to repeat itself the next few days. I never saw receipts of what they did to my car I have a good feeling they were just clearing codes. At the end of the month the car completely broke down on the side of the road while I was on my way to take it back to their dealership! Totally ridiculous behavior on their part. The phone calls where the owner felt the need to raise their voice and cuss at me and my family. Anyways say yourself the headache and choose a dealership the doesn’t want to cheat you out of your money."

"Bought a 2016 town and country as my first vehicle purchase, it was in incredibly well maintained condition and the engine was pristine. My window broke a couple weeks after buying it and I called them to see if they would take a look at it. Fadi got the part ordered and in ASAP and had the window fixed by the next week for free. I appreciated it a lot as I had expressed that this purchase would essentially wipe me out. He also let me pay most of the car upfront and gave me a 30 day window to finish the last bit so I had enough money to get by until my next paycheck. There was no pressure to buy, and he let us take our time looking at what he had. I’ll be sending all my friends his way."
