"I went on the waiting list for this facility in April 2021, I finally got a call in August 2022 to start therapy with Danielle Bastian. This couldn't have came at more opportune time, as I was still actively searching for a local therapist. After a month therapy sessions and ZERO progress ( I did most of the talking there was no skills offered/ no coping skills, shes very generic in conversation very HOW DOES THAT MAKE U FEEL KINDA GAL) she realizes she can't "help" me and refers me to another facility that ALSO HAS A WAITING LIST !!!!! She closed my case before I could even find another source of HELP. How exactly are you a "trauma" therapist but don't specialize in the effects of TRAUMA THERAPY !? she was lazy on conversation and really added no value to my sessions it was just nice to say my thoughts out loud once a week for the sake of sanity. She never did the full hour session but I'm more than positive they billed my insurance for a full hour tho. I can't believe that a therapist would cut a person off with zero resources to help them besides her idea of a "referral" that included the bare minimum. smh. Terrible therapist. If u want true help and somebody to truly dig into u and uproot your issues and can give u active solutions and not HOW DOES THAT MAKE U FEEL.. I suggest u not ask for Danielle. Absolutely terrrrrrrrrrrible."
