"Don’t go to this place looking for employment. It’s nothing but a joke. They talk all sweet and nice to you and get your hopes up making you think they will hire you and then don’t. They say they employ and work with people with disabilities of all sorts. My girlfriend is a perfect candidate for the job listing that she applied for and they refused to hire her. Gave her a bogus story that they had a bunch of people to interview for the position and they would get back with her on whether or not she would get the job. Then three days later they sent an email telling her no they won’t employ her. So I guess her disability isn’t good enough for them to work with her. That position has been available for a year and they can’t get it filled but refuse to hire my girlfriend."
"The company & and SOME of the upper management was pretty cool! But in their summer program it was un organized and they play favoritism as well. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to work here, it’s just not a good company."
"I worked here 11/2019-06/2020 and I loved the job, I loved the clients I worked with. But I did not love the staff and management. After voicing to my manager on multiple occasions about a client's dog, I was attacked by the dog and reported the incident and my manager to HR. HR was understanding and took control of the situation - however my manager did not like that I said bad about her name. So she and the training operations decided to put me through training and a long talk. Luckily I was able to put my two weeks and feared for my clients for who was caring for them. Unless you can deal with stuff being thrown back in your face when you did nothing wrong and management comes after you, I recommend not working here."
"A friend of mine was fired because she said she’ll drop a bomb in wabash center bathroom. Meaning she’ll do a number 2 on her break and another consumer misheard what she said. Just awful!"
