"I initially had the problem with this pharmacy giving me a different pill than I was prescribed and not telling me about it. They put a note on my file to get it right the next time. That was 4 months ago. Every month since then I have gone to the store, found they gave me the wrong pill again even though my patient profile specifically lists the pill I needed, and had to return the following day because they needed to order my pill. If they weren't the only pharmacy that would order it for me I'd drop them in a heartbeat. I dread my once a month fiasco just to get my prescription with them."
