"Do not use Dr. Goldsmith!! Was looking for a new pediatric physician and scheduled with her ASAP because of the reviews and availability. Upon arrival, locating the office was difficult and I had to get help from the nurses station. When we finally made it, we were only behind our appt time, by about 20 min. We were triaged fairly quickly; however, we waited almost 2 hours before we even saw her. She was pleasant enough considering the circumstances. We started discussing vaccine schedule and I explained that I was delaying them. She became so hostile, judgmental and downright rude that I was ready to walk out. She let her personal feelings and emotion cloud her judgment in her workplace and it was unacceptable. She is not my children’s parent, but had the audacity as if she was. At one point she even told me that she couldn’t be my kids’ doctor if i didn’t vaccinate the way she wanted. I did not have this problem at our previous doctor and only changed because we moved. After I told her the vaccines schedule I wanted to follow and which ones I would allow to be administered on the visit, we waited nearly another hour before we were able to leave. We were there a total of 4 hours. Needless to say, we won’t be returning. I have never met a medical professional as UNprofessional as her. I have my own suspicions as to why she behaved this way, but will not post publicly. I’m sure she remembers who I am. TL;DR : choose a different doctor if you choose this practice. The rest of the staff were great."

"I remember when I first meet her, I was having my 3rd son at this time. My other two boys doctor whom we loved as well was leaving the clinic we were attending, so we had to find another doctor. Dr. Goldsmith was making her round in labor and delivery at St. Vincent in Birmingham. Dr. Goldsmith asked me if we had a pediatrician (I was so formal with where we were going), I answer yes. She was sweet, kind, gentle, and made an impressions on me. A week last we were in her office. My children have been with her for 15 years now and we love her."

We never have a problem getting an appointment and we have never waited more than a few minutes. She always listens to our concerns and you never feel rushed in and out. I trust her 100% with my daughter’s care."

"We've been going to Dr. Goldsmith since my daughter was born almost 6 years ago. She listens to my concerns and educates me as well as treating my daughter. Shes a wonderful person, friendly and really does well with my child. The front office is always prompt and professional. I have never had any problem being worked in when my daughter was sick and the phone nurses are also great. I would highly recommend Dr. Goldsmith and b'ham peds."
