"Had 2 appts before I changed. Switched doctors and scheduled the first appt being my children’s 2 year & 9 month checkup. Got there and he wouldn’t see my 9 month old and made me make a different appt. Made a sick boss a few days later as she was pulling at here eats and having sinus problems. Diagnosed her with acid reflux and said her ears were fine. She got worse and I took her to AFC where she was perscribed Zyrtec and diagnosed with a DOUBLE ear infection."

"Did a phone meeting from the car with the doc. Heard his phone start ringing in the background and he had to rush off the call. I asked if that was all and he said “ yes the ladies up front will call u”. So I left thinking i could have stayed at home and thinking they would call me to schedule the next appt. Got called 15 minutes asking where I went. I explained the misunderstanding and told them I was just up the street. I was told to call when I got back, so I did, less than 10 min yews later. I sat and watched them pull two other people back. I called again after 30 minutes of waiting and asked if I was being penalized. They said no and that they only had two rooms that were both taken and that since I met with the doc already I couldn’t reschedule. I left after an hour of waiting. Won’t go back. Poor communication and no accountability."

"First of all I had to establish my son as a new patient even though Savany has been his pediatrician since he was a week old not to mention that I was told that after a certain age they didn’t have to go every year only when their shots were due and if they got sick.. instead of the hassle of finding a new pediatrician I figured Iif he got sick he could go see my dr. and we would just see Savany for his shots.. just went and got the last pediatric shot. My son is sixteen now , at age 2 he was diagnosed with acid reflex he has since grown out of it but when we went to his appointment Savany asked us how his asthma was ……Seriously!!! Smh"

"Dr. Savany is amazing. He is quick to see you and is very caring. He bonds with the kids and makes them feel comfortable. My son has always hated going to doctors but genuinely loves seeing Dr. Savany. We have always gotten a proper diagnosis and the Dr. doesn't push meds if they aren't needed. 5 stars hands down!!"
