"This office is *A breath of fresh air* After 12 years at our previous pediatricians office - I desperately wanted/needed a change. My kids were just a number- parking deck was horrible- rude nurses- Dr. who pushed us to do trial testing for years- left me in tears pushing Covid regulations before we knew the outcomes- hours of waiting- I always left in sad/upset/discouraged tears. We added a second set of little ones 10 years after we had our first. A little wisdom enabled me to make some changes. I felt confident that switching to a pediatrician closer to home, smaller office, with good reviews was what our family needed. I have been absolutely thrilled with our change. I think that having the history and past experiences gives me a higher appreciation for this office. We absolutely love Amy, Dr. Babi, and the entire team. They are a blessing and have a calling to be in the healthcare field. My experience today had me in tears when I left -but they were happy/appreciative tears. The staff was so amazing with my two toddlers. They were understanding and helpful! They entertained one toddler while the other got a shot, we’re extra kind during the vitals, had friendly smiles the entire visit, spoke to my toddlers like real people, joked with them, encouraged me and made my momma heart so happy. We love Mrs. Amy! She’s so kind hearted, down to earth and so wise. She is a pure joy have when my kiddos are sick. She remembers me and my little ones. She has great room side manners and is a joy to be around. I feel like she really cares about the well being of my children. Dr. Babi is a God send. His knowledge exceeds anything I could have hoped for. Every question I have he careful makes sure I am educated on. We recently had an infection and he sent us straight to the ER. Everything that he believed was wrong was exact and they were able to treat the infection before it got worse. He was quick to diagnose and we were so thankful. I know my kids and myself are in good hands at this office. I pray blessings over this staff that they know they are appreciated and loved. I understand in this season of the world- life is hard. As a small business owner I know it’s hard to keep good employees. This office is rocking it! I no longer dread going to the pediatricians office. Thank you for making us feel like family."

"I usually love this doctor office but today 8/25/2020 has been horrible. My appointment was at 10:30 am didn’t get called until 11:30 am. The only reason they called is because I called into the office and spoke to the receptionist. It is 12:00pm and I am still in this room. I was originally put in room 2 where my baby was seen we went to go get her weight and stuff and we go back to the room they put someone else in the room where we was sitting. That is very unprofessional. I talk to the young lady and she said they had a new lady there and she using two rooms and he using two rooms. They need to get that together and do certain days and hours. I shouldn’t have to spend all this time for a 4year old check up. We do have things to do and she could have went to school. Other times I have visited this office the wait was short and simple."

He is the most kindest, easy going, and intelligent pediatrician I have ever met in my life! He takes the time to listen and knows her like a book! Keep up the good work Dr. Babi and staff!!"

"Dr. Babi has been our family's pediatrician for a long time now. We were using I-459 Pediatrics when he joined the practice when the previous doctor relocated. I still have a daughter who sees him and four grandchildren who see him. From day one we have been happy with Dr. Babi and his staff. He is thorough, knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I would not think of allowing anyone else to be our pediatrician. He is a gift from God. I just told my daughter I was writing a review, she said, "he is an amazing doctor!" We all love him! I'm not sure there is another pediatric group better!"
