"David was willing to check everywhere to see if he could find us the chair we selected in the color we preferred. Stu backed him up as he does with everyone who helps us. That's the reason we keep coming back to Staples, you have the items we're looking for, returning (if needed) is easy as is replacing. If one person doesn't know the answer to our question, the other one does and is right there to help. Everyone seems to know where to look and how to get what we need. Our Staples is also close to where we live so it's a no brainer."
"Brian, the store manager went the extra mile to make sure my boxes were deivered to me. During a stressful cross country move, one of his employees sent my packages to the wrong address in the wrong state. After several days arguing with UPS customer service, Brian found a solution. He personally picked up my boxes at the incorrect recipient's location, and shipped them to my new address in Florida without any extra charge to me. Sometimes the kindness of strangers really does matter. Brian saw how upset I was and went above and beyond to make it right. Thank you again, Brian!"
"Print staff not able to perform basic job duties. Asked me how many copies 7 times (it stated how many in the email). Did not understand sizing for an invite. Did not come to the counter to talk to me (just yelled across the floor - what you need?) Repeatedly questioned me on everything but listened to nothing I said. Helped the folk behind me several times during my time standing there. Told me that the email wasn't in (but didn't check...). Told me to just cut my invite to size when I mentioned the size was wrong for an A1 envelope (I don't mind cutting, but it was printed too big. Cutting it down would lose vital info). Awful."
"The fat white dude that rung me up was super rude and unfriendly. Is it that hard to have at least DECENT customer service? And even tho he was rude i was still nice and said “thank you” and he outright ignored me. :( I don’t deserve that after a hard day of work."
"I dropped by to pick up my online order, and even though it was ready, I had ordered the wrong thing. (Totally my fault.) The guy working there helped me find the right item, AND he kept me from making an extra trip by offering to look for an item that was listed on line as "Not in Stock." Helpful and professional."
