"Come here for pick up.The People here absolutely don't know what they are doing. Have 8 a clock appointment but they they took first the guy who comes after me and park on door without asking, and then they give me the same door and I have to wait for him to get loaded firs.Absolutly unprofessional.The load its supposed to be ready but is not and they start walking around the warehouse and collecting the items from everywhere around Wondering if they are going to find the pieces and finally will get me loaded today."

"I had a delivery of cabinets here. My appointment was for 1100 but I got stuck in some really bad traffic on the way in. I called the customer and they said they would unload the trailer as long as i showed up before 1330. I arrived just before 1300 and was immediately given a dock. If there's space you need to blindside into a larger opening of multiple docks to set yourself up for a sight side back. Make sure you're paying attention to your surroundings because the warehouse workers will speed behind your truck causing problems. Once in the dock they unloaded everything. They didn't want me to assist, which I was fine with. When finished they brought my paperwork back out to me and allowed me to go on the dock to secure the rest of my load. Overall great customer."

"Commercial Works out of Indianapolis delivered my cabinets and all seem to go well. However, the driver damaged my property during the delivery. He was very apologetic and gave us a number to call to file a claim. After finally getting ahold of Kerri at Commercial Works I was asked to submit pictures and a estimate. Per her request all the requested items were submitted via e-mail. Since then I have received no correspondence as to the status of the claim. After almost 15 days and leaving a few voice messages and e-mails I can not even get a return call or message. Not a very good way to do business let alone the fact that they damaged my property."

"I was the recipient of a sofa purchased via Costco website. The delivery occurred later in the day then I was anticipating, however 'Cowboy' and his team were professional and courteous. They did an outstanding job unpacking the large sofa, installing the legs and removing all packing supplies. Earlier on the day of delivery, I spoke with a couple of ladies in the office and they were also courteous."

"This company was/is unprofessional and incompetent. The cabinets were here on time from KraftMaid but Commercial Works let them sit in their warehouse, unloaded and unscanned, for several days. They missed the delivery date and then promised they would be here FIRST thing the next morning - leaving their warehouse at 7 AM and being completely unpacked by the time the installation crew got here by 8:30. (I live 8 miles away from their warehouse, btw, and am immediately off of 465 and 65.) Even though they were open, nobody was answering the phones. When no truck had arrived by almost 8:00 AM, I finally got through to the customer service rep who had promised my cabinets would be here by 7:30. The Installer arrived and still no cabinets. At 9:22, the self-proclaimed "warehouse manager" showed up and refused to follow the proper protocol, telling me he didn't "have time" for me to check off each of the 17 packages as being delivered. He said I would just have to sign the document asserting that they'd all been delivered after he got them off the truck. Instead of bringing the boxes straight from the truck into the house one at a time, he and his helper unloaded all the boxes into the muddy shoulder of the road (not even on the gravel parking area), and then dragged that filth into my home. They also dropped a box off the truck, damaging the cabinet inside. The installation crew moved the rest of the boxes into the house for fear of additional mishaps. The "warehouse manager" left without allowing me to verify the packages or to sign for them. I suspect my signature was forged on the paperwork - a legal document attesting that everything arrived AND that all boxes were in good condition. The box that fell off the truck gouged and cracked the corner of one cabinet. Two doors were also damaged. All three items will need to be replaced, and half the boxes still remain to be opened. Heaven help anyone who's forced to deal with this sub-contractor of clowns. They have NO business delivering anything to anybody. I would give them zero stars if that were an option."
