The class members were friendly and welcomed me right in. The coach/owner was very knowledgeable and responsive when I reached out about possibly dropping in if I could time it right. I started off as a beginner to crossfit and all of the coaches do an incredible job of explaining everything and offering modifications for those that need it. I felt very comfortable here and love the atmosphere. The workouts feel quick but still challenging & really helped me push myself.
