"Before coming to kinder Care, I had my daughter attend Chapel Glen Learning Academy. While my daughter attended that daycare I had found out that she was being left to cry in a corner from 9:30am-12:45pm with no teachers wanting to console her. My daughter’s teacher was very rough with her leaving bruises on her spine, ears and arm. During nap time, right in front of me my daughters teacher grabbed her and forcefully slammed her down on her nap cat which then resulted in my daughter having bruising her face. After this horrible experience, I left Chapel Glen Learning Academy. I took my daughter out of child care as she was traumatized with being away from me. 3 months later I took my daughter to Kinder Care and my daughter instantly felt safe there. She was running up the teachers and giving them hugs, letting other staff hold her and even going to her classroom with no issue. The staff at KinderCare is nothing but amazing. They truly care about each child that attends the daycare. I have seen multiple teachers go above and beyond to make sure each child feels welcome and comfortable at KinderCare."

"This daycare is under new leadership since spring 2023 and the turn around I have seen in that time is incredible. Yes there were some not so great employees but Erica has zero tolerance for teachers misbehaving. She has turned over some staff that was lacking and replaced with people who are excellent from what I can see. Any time I've had an issue Erica has dealt with it with swift action and given me the confidence that I can go to her with concerns. Erica also goes the extra mile to plan fun events, decorate the center and is always greeting the parents at pick up and drop off. My baby loves going to daycare and as long as Erica is there leading the staff, we will be too."

"I have been at this childcare facility for a year now. I love it, such a great family environment, I have never had any problems with both my children going here. They always are very good with communication and understanding how to help families. I am greatful for this child care because I am able to work and my kids get good care so I can focus on my job."

"I give you 1 star because i can’t give you 0 i hope my experience can help someone, at the second day of the school i took my daughter out of the toddler room 1, I’m glad for give me the situation upfront of my eyes and see What kind of people work at that school, one of the teacher i don’t know her name she is tall, big and wear loose clothes, i saw when she was mistreating and yelling “shut up” at a baby girl because she was crying, one of the babygirls was crying was my daughter she has 17 months old, she took the baby girl by the arm and throw her into one the the beds where they sleep, the miss never notice i was there and i saw her, when she saw me, she was nervous and carried the baby girl. I went inside of the classroom and i took my daughter with me and her stuff and i went with the principal Erika i told her everything that happened and she only said sorry and that’s it I’m sorry because the babygirl´s mom will never know that her daugther is being mistreated Now my daugther its a nervous babygirl when she is in a similar places with kids, she cries afraid that I’ll leave her who knows if she mistreated my daugther she was cried afraid, in the tour of the school they said they don’t force the childrens to sleep but they lie I apologized with my daugther because i chosen the worst place, i hope find a better place and i also hope that my experience will be useful to others. I’ll take legal actions"
