"New owners are horrible. Raising prices on units when you have a signed contract. Watch your rates and what they charge you. No one will ever be available by phone, and they provide very little help in person. The manager Trisha is rude and hangs up on customers Might I add, they're EXTREMELY DECEITFUL. I SIGNED A CONTRACT 09/29 (WHEN THEY FIRST TOOK OVER) WITH MY PRICE THAT I WAS PAYING FOR 2 YEARS. THEY CLAIMED THEY SENT ME A LETTER VIA MAIL ON 10/01/23 STATING THAT MY PRICE WOULD CHANGE. NO NEW CONTRACT SIGNED OR ANYTHING. I ALSO QUESTIONED WHY THEY SENT A LETTER WHEN EVERYTHING HAS BEEN COMMUNICATED VIA EMAIL (CONTRACT ALSO SAYS INCREASES OR CHANGES WOULD BE COMMUNICATED VIA EMAIL). YET THEY MAILED A LETTER OUT TWO DAYS AFTER I SIGNED A CONTRACT. THEY'RE EXCUSE...... ALL CONTRACTS ARE MONTH TO MONTH SO THEY CAN CHANGE WHAT THEY WHEN THEY WANT. THEY'RE SCAMMING CUSTOMERS"

"They just keep raising their prices on the units. The staff there isn't helpful much when I couldn't get my unit to open since someone replaced my locks??? They have no idea what happened even though it's one of the locks they sold."

"The old owners were a bit better, this company could care less, they just want money. No pro-rating for move out like the old company would, forced insurance payments that "you need proof if you decline" but no one cares to see proof. it's all just directed at making you feel like you need to pay more for less. drive a bit further and find a better place."

"I typically do not write negative reviews, but this place is the worst and people need to be warned of the complete lack of respect for other people's property this company displayed. We have had our camper stored here for 5 years and it took only one week of new ownership by public storage for us to move to another facility. When they repainted the building, they completely covered our camper in overspray. No one bothered to call us to let us know the repaint was happening nor have we ever received a call from management with an apology. Also, there are other campers with the same issue, and I would be shocked if anyone from this lousy company called them. Also, they use the term "secured" storage very loosely as the gate to the facility had been left open for weeks so random people could come and go as they pleased. There are plenty of other storage options in town, so you don't have to deal with this mess."

"Although I did not end up renting a unit, I was overall pleased with my experience. I explained what I would be needing the unit for and I was given options on what would work best for me. Josh was really helpful and thorough with his information that was provided. As previously mentioned, I did not end up renting a unit but could see myself doing so in the future. Highly recommend this property!"
