"We just:moved to the Indianapolis area from Chicago and engaged Hoosier Closets to build out the pantry and master closet in our new home. We could not be happier with the process or the end result. Shortly after we contacted them, they asked us for any general ideas we had about how we wanted to use these spaces. At our first in-home meeting, Jessica (our wonderful designer) came prepared with some preliminary drawings. This was super-helpful because we were then able to easily add and/or subtract elements to get the exact look and functionality that we wanted. Each time we felt like we were getting closer, Jessica sent us a revised set of plans. From start to finish, this process took less than a week. The owner, Dave, worked with us directly to schedule the installation. Because we weren’t getting possession of our house right away, the work had to be pushed out a bit, but they were very accommodating about this. As the installation date approached, Dave periodically reconfirmed the timing. The installation team arrived right on time. We had three people over two days. They were all friendly and professional. Dave also stopped by on the first day to help out a little bit and to make sure we had everything we needed. Our finished pantry and closet are just beautiful. The materials are of really nice quality and the cabinets and shelving are beautifully installed. We feel fortunate to have chosen Hoosier Closets and would recommend them without reservation. They were absolutely a pleasure to do business with from start to finish!"
