"I strongly recommend going to any other gas station, BP Speedway, anything. Today 8-4-19 @ 12:50 i was attempting to get gas and my trans action was cancelled and declined, and the pump told me to see the attendance, after which it was still declined, COME TO FIND OUT THE PUMP HAD TAKEN ALL THE FUNDS FROM MY ACCOUNT. And I was never even offered the opportunity to pump gas. I was given a phone number to call and promised it would be fixed right away and after being on hold for 45 mins I was told they couldn't do anything but I could go into the store and get my money back. After getting to the store I was given the same number I had just called. Then I spoke to top manager on sight who told me I was SOL and gave me a measly $10 gift card barely 10% of what was stolen from my account. So unless like you being literally robbed and given the old jerk around, I would go to another gas station."
