"This company Absolutely Does Not care about its Customers. Countless times I have asked and pleaded with them , including representatives from corporate, to address things like for instance the credit card readers. Well today I'm here to say don't bother purchasing the biscuit and gravy from them it is just the lowest grade of gravy in a can from Gordon Food service and the biscuits are horrible.... more like stale bread than a biscuit. My fellow consumers you have been warned"
"Lukes has really gone downhill for the amount of money they make. Half the time the food isn't either under cooked or old. Almost $3 for a breakfast sandwich with a 1/2 dollar coin size sausage. Rediculous. And the girl on the register is more concerned about being on her phone. Terrible"
"Excellent customer service any day any time. Bathroom is clean 90% of the time probably would be 100% if they weren't so busy. If you want their is a small 4-6 stool counter( inside by the windows) to eat at. Hot food available."
