"My experience with Jumpin Wheelies was awesome! The customer service experience is what I appreciated most about it. Everything was done in a timely fashion and the day of the event delivery and everything went smooth. We ended up renting the Fun Fair Toddler Play Center for my son’s 2nd birthday and it provided hours and hours of fun for the birthday boy and his guests! I also rented chairs and tables. I would rent from Jumpin Wheelies again!"

"Garbage company. Completely dropped the ball on my daughter's holiday party. Stopped answering calls. Stopped answering text messages. From start to finish, it was unprofessional, terrible communication or down right, no communication, and bad business practices. This experience was a complete nightmare for everyone involved. No accountability for their mistakes. Wanted the customer to fix their mistakes. Had to have them come out twice and it still wasn't correct. At clean up, even their WAREHOUSE MANAGER said he would be mad about the situation too!!! THEIR OWN EMPLOYEE!!! Clearly, they are paying for their 5 star reviews because their ACTUAL everything is worth ZERO STARS. And the bad reviews keep getting deleted."
