"This transportation company is beyond absurd!! I called this transportation company to schedule an appointment for my uncle who has cancer and the lady KEPT putting me on hold and when she finally got on the phone She was smacking like a horse in our ears. She continued to ask if we could pay $38 and where is the Doctors office, We couldn't get a word in because she was chewing so loud in our ear and then she proceeded to say well even if they don't make it on time or if he's not in the right place when they get there we still would have to pay! Unprofessional, rude, phone etiquette a negative 0 and Customer service a negative 1. By far the worst experience I have ever had to encounter."

"I recently gave you guys Three stars but after dealing with your unprofessional driver from today I will change it definitely to a 1 star would be 0 if I could. The driver from today was VERY AND I MEAN VERY unprofessional. If she did not want to work today she should have called off. I felt as if me and my child life was in danger and I will be reaching out to someone about this situation. This woman today changed my entire view of WAPT and I will be taking this matter further than just reaching out through Greyhound and posting a Google Review."
