"They say they closed at 3 but there was no advertising to support that. I walked in at 3:48 and they wouldn’t accept my package that was very unprofessional, wouldn’t even give me tape so I could at least tape the label. They say they closed at 3 because of the weather but nothing was posted to support that claim. The weather was bad this morning the snow. Worse post office ever."

"My local post office is an invaluable community resource that consistently impresses me with its efficiency and dedication to serving the public. First and foremost, the staff at this post office deserves high praise. They are always friendly, helpful, and patient, even during the busiest times. Whether you're sending a package, buying stamps, or seeking assistance with any postal service, they make every effort to ensure you have a positive experience. The organization and cleanliness of the facility are outstanding. The post office is well-maintained, and the layout is designed for maximum convenience. The presence of self-service kiosks and ample parking adds to the overall efficiency of the location. The speed and reliability of the postal services offered here are commendable. Whether it's sending letters, parcels, or packages, I've always been confident that my mail will reach its destination promptly and securely. The dedication to tracking and ensuring the safe delivery of items is evident. Furthermore, my local post office goes beyond its core services. It often hosts community events and educational workshops, fostering a sense of community and providing valuable information about postal services and mail-related topics. In conclusion, my local post office is more than just a place to send and receive mail; it's a cornerstone of our community. The staff's commitment to excellent customer service, the well-organized facilities, and the overall reliability make it an essential resource for residents. It's a shining example of a well-run and customer-focused postal service, and I'm grateful to have it in our neighborhood."

"The level of incompetence at this location has reached a point that it’s no longer tolerable. Only one clerk helping customers this morning and he does not even know how to run priority packages. After loading all of my packages back into my car, I had to drive to the Columbiana Post Office (11 miles away) for service. As a business owner that ships daily, this is unacceptable. However, I’ve seen the steady decline for several years."

"Mail carrier will not get out to deliver a package. She will already have the note wrote up saying dog on property. The dog she is talking about is the neighbors dog which is in a fence. And can't get to her. She doesn't want to get out of her car to deliver. The post master is not a very nice guy either. Very rude to the customers. The lady's up front desk is usually very nice."
