"Tracked my package just to see it ride around on the truck all day and not be delivered. What's the point in paying EXTRA for shipping when it's not delivered on time? I would like to know why it was on the delivery truck and now my package is being delayed. What happened? I try not to order from ANY websites that use FedEx as a delivery carrier. I even have to use my inlaws address because FedEx won't deliver to my road. But UPS can. Honestly they're not any better, but atleast I get my packages from them."

Bring in a new subdivision it was easy to understand the problems finishing our street and house. The people at FedEx were very anxious to do whatever they could to correct the problem."
