"If you have to drop and pick up later, don't expect it to go as planned. Had 9 pm appt to drop. Be ready to pick up empty at 5 am. It was still sealed and not unloaded. Nobody works on the weekend. Didn't get my trailer emptied till Monday afternoon. They cost me $1000. 00 in lost miles due to they can't do their job"
"This place is one of the worst ever. Everyone try’s to act like they are so busy doing nothing and they have the worst attitude when asking a question. I wonder what is the customer service qualifications just show up and smile. Shipping and delivery is their business but you couldn’t tell by walking in to business with them. Lady’s in the 3 chairs are all rude as can be."
"Serious accident or fatality waiting to happen on the dock area at this facility, due to way too many people on forklifts at one time. It’s just a matter of time. A lot of freight gets damaged also because of how clustered the dock area is also. Everyone is in everyone’s way. You’ll feel like you are playing bumper cars at the amusement park more than loading trailers. It’s beyond a total headache! At least 3 to 4 times a night someone will ram into your forklift XPO seriously needs to make improvements here."
"Came in to pickup a motorcycle I ordered. Discovered in was pretty beat up from the shipping center. Luckily, the girl who was helping me took down all the info, photos, and started a claim for me. They even helped me unpack it and took care of the trash for me. Overall, they were pretty good to me"
