"I ordered a spray of spring flowers on a stand yesterday for a family member’s funeral. I specifically stated that I wanted a mixture of spring flowers with red roses and white lilies, daisy’s and the other colors outlined in a photo posted on Melissa’s Flower’s website that I specifically pointed out and specifically told the person over the phone that I wanted this same mixture of flowers but instead of a red bow, to use a houndstooth bow. But instead, I received a spray of YELLOW roses, white lilies and the rest was basically greenery and the yellow roses had petals falling off when you touched them and some of the the roses were turning brown on the edges. Below is a side by side picture of what I thought I was getting versus what I actually got for $175 plus tax and the delivery fee. I will not be using Melissa’s Flowers again!"

"I ordered fresh spring floral funeral arrangement for my brother. I received friendly, helpful service from the person who took my phone order. I was promised a beautiful arrangement. The arrangement was beautiful and the rest of the family were pleased as well. I highly recommend this florist.I am sorry I don't have an image but the the flowers were high quality and beautiful.!!!!"
"We took up money at work for a dear friend whom had passed. We went to Melissa's Flowers because they had great reviews. The person that I placed order with was very nice and helpful. He assured me we would get a very nice basket of beautiful flowers. They were beautiful but the arrangement was very small for $127. We've shown a photo of flowers to people and flower shops around town. Most said it shouldn't have been over $60. I don't know what happened between the one who took our order and the one who actually made it, but we got jipped."
