"Absolutely abysmal, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Never got a confirmation email or text after setting my appointment. Had to book 2 weeks out. I sent an email days before to confirm my appointment time, tried calling at 8am and was told to call back at 9 when his office opened, then called at 9 to be told to call back at 11 when he answers phone calls, called at 11 multiple times just to get voicemail. So i drove up here anyway to find a note on the door stating they are closed for lunch from 11-1. Why would you tell me to call back at 11 when you have lunch then. And who tf takes a 2 hour lunch anyway. And then after 3pm you cant come in bc they lock the door for closing. On top of this (although not a problem for me but something to consider) they only take cash or check."

"Dr. Pava and his staff are very kind and thorough. Their medical care and professionalism are top-notch. However, only two people work for the reception/business department. If you call during business hours, it’s unlikely that you’ll reach them, and they are unlikely to return a call if you leave a voicemail. They also do not accept credit/debit card payments, only cash or check. I had to pay using a Western Union money order, because I did not know beforehand that cards were not accepted. Weeks after I received a call saying my money order bounced and that I not only still owed my copay, but a fifty dollar service fee that their bank charged them because the money order bounced. The problem is that money orders do not bounce. Thankfully. My copay was not very much, but if it had been more expensive, I would have to pay over twice the amount I owed them initially plus fifty dollars. Now the office refuses to accept another check from me, and says they will only accept cash. I have since moved and live very far away, and cannot think of a way to safely send a large sum of cash in the mail. If you are a young adult who’s bank account does not allow you to order checkbooks, this office might be a risky to use as a GP, at no fault to the medical staff."

"The office staff were so nice and cheerful. Dr. Pava was attentive and provided clear recommendations for me. Within a week of my appointment, I was mailed my lab results and a prescription to deal with my high cholesterol. Also instructions for further lab. work and an ultrasound."

"Worse doctors office I have ever been to,VERY rude staff;one lady almost shut my 2 yr old in the door to the back because she didn’t want him to go back with his grandma,I had my 3 mth old in my arms trying to put her in her car seat to go in the back, the other worker “teresa ford” was so rude and nasty towards me, I am my moms caregiver and I wanted to go back with her, I opened the window to get someone’s attention because the door was locked that’s when this woman got a really bad attitude towards me....when we first got there and signed in there wasn’t anybody at the window no bell or anything to get their attention after waiting 30 mins I opened the window and yelled “hello” for someone to at least know my mom was there and on time for her appointment after waiting an hr they finally got my mom back to be seen but Dr.Pava was there asked to speak to him and she told me he wouldn’t be in till 4"

"He is the best dr I've ever been with! He is the only one in 10 years that has actually listened to me as a person and is helping me so 8f your tired if the run around this is the place to go!"
