"Front office staff is not very helpful. I have been going to them for years and recently the level of service has decreased. I keep having to verify the same Insurance for whatever reason the fail to record my information and have to keep re-verifying, and will not schedule next appointment until it has been completed. There is no sense of accountability and when asked to speak to a supervisor they are unaware of when the will be in. Not to mention the hold times are ridiculous. The DR's are nice and helpful, unfortunately the staff is not."

"Swetha Yadav M.D is the rudest health care professional Iv’e ever encountered. She speaks to you like you’re a child and doesn’t let you get a word in. She doesn’t care about her patients and getting down to the root cause of their health issues. I’ve been taking my mom to this center for iron infusions for 2 years now and after our first and ONLY encounter with her, we will not be coming back. The front desk doesn’t care to help either."

"Today's visit was horrible. This was our first time bringing my mother for iron infusions and we arrived at 12:10 they promptly took our $250 payment and said nothing else.. at 1:00 I walked up to the desk and asked how long until she began as we have been here 30 minutes. She said oh you paid right .i replied yes. And she said oh go down to the next door and then they are waiting for her. Well how the heck was I supposed to know that. Customer service is horrible!!!! Patients and their families are already dealing with cancer at least try to have some decent Customer service and respect for the patients and their families. I'm not at all pleased with my experience here so far and this is my second visit"

"Front staff showed no empathy when I was asking questions about insurance. I decided not get a treatment because I was getting overcharged my copayment. I offered to pay the copay my insurance told me to pay, and the front desk told me i couldn’t be seen. The front desk needs more training regarding insurance and copayments."

"Been coming to Dr. Jawed since 2017. Has been really taking care of me. Great doctor. The PA Oscar is very kind and helpful as well. Was having issues with medications refills but since discussed it has improved since I discussed it with their staff."
