"Purchased a hot tub from Family Leisure and it is has been the biggest nightmare compared to my previously owned hot tub. Have spent thousands in repairs since I purchased from there. When I have tried to work with them, not responsive. I have to have my third replacement pump installed next week! If I had options, it wouldn't be here."
