We had multiple other quotes to fix our furnace and all told us everything had to be replaced. While Andre fixed it in two hours and got the one part that needed fixed covered by warranty. "First of thanks for getting our a/c fixed. Showed up and fixed our issue same day for that I am extremely grateful. However it came at quite the price. 850 dollars. Parts pricing was extremely marked up by about 4-5 times the cost of what you can buy them for yourself if you can wait. I get businesses need to make money but this was excessive and unfair. Don’t make my mistake. Make sure you ask for up front pricing and do some quick research before the job is complete. I like to do business with small companies however it has come back to bite me more than once now."

"He is professional, polite and performed an exceptional job. He knew what the problem was right away and completed it on a timely manner. I called him after regular hours and he showed up in 15 minutes. I had my AC installed over 6 years ago and it has never been serviced. He was very informative told me what the problem was fixed it and only charged me for outside hours fee. He is a decent human being that does not take advantage of people. My AC is working like brand new."
