"I would suggest further investigation/research prior to enrolling a student here. Coming from Legacy we thought MMS would be just as great We were wrong! If your child has never been in trouble a day in their lives, be prepared to have that screwed up. Staff is horrible at solving anything. Research, research, research! You will see."

"After reading over previous reviews, I decided as an adult that has 2 children attending this school, I needed to make an honest review for this school. My girls love this school and are very sad they wont be here next year. (Job relocation) They love the food here and they have never been in trouble, and have never said anything bad about there teachers. One did how ever end up with a half day iss with the whole rest of the class. Because they were talking while on break in between testing. While my other child said they were aloud to talk while on break because no testing takes place at break times. I chalked it up to miscommunication being the whole class was put in ISS."

"Hate going to this administration at this school. The two ladies do stuff ass backward and make things more difficult then it really is. I would like a count on how many other kids got letters for proof of address. Basically its the end of school year and NOW they are asking for this. ?? The only adult I like at the school is the nurse. She is very nice to talk to and is understandable and looks at you when you speak to her. ( respecrful) UNLIKE the ladies in front office. Honestly did not even want to one star.. 0 stars."

"Yo so this is a student from Monrovia and honestly I think it sucks to be honest the food is bad most of the time they always think someone is gonna bring a bomb so they make us tuck shirts in and some teachers just make you super mad also the policy is no shirts under the pockets so one day I'm in the hall going to class I'm bout to be late a random janitor pulls me over and says your shirt isn't tucked that's a 1000 word report so I don't say anything he says its do Friday- Friday comes and I don't have it I go through day worrying my butt off comes to see they don't even care they never ask me for it or anything so I do this every single time I get a report they don't care also the principle is kinda scary he always says stuff like I'm your daddy when you come to school its creepy also teachers say stuff like you should have gone to the restroom before you came here well should I just use the restroom on myself or should I go in your little corner of the room and pee there which one? also why cant affection be allowed why cant people say they like each other that makes no sense think about humans where made to like each other so I see no problem and there is one lunch lady in particular that nevermind I aint bout to talk about her also why is there gold week 7-1 period no thank you that completely changes my schedule why do you think I'm late for class I understand enrichment though but at the same time some people signed up for sports and got study hall it makes no sense I could rant about much more stuff but I'm getting tired really the only good thing about this school is the students and football games cause I wanna here that sweet music that our band teacher teaches us -RANTER Oh yeah I forgot they make us pay for PE clothes my mom is already stressed out so yeah P.S. hi random people who read this rant P.S.S this was not to bring hate to Monrovia but to share my opinion P.S.S.S :D"

"This school was great years ago. Now we have gym uniforms! That cost money! We have to have a shirt and shorts in school colors on top of that there's gold and black week. Black week is the normal week. Gold week is the backwards periods 7th - 1st instead of 1st - 7th! It sucks the only good thing about this freaking prison is that their cafeteria could be a bakery!"
