"I wish I could give zero stars. I have nothing but issues with FedEx although I have specific delivery instructions. They always deliver to the wrong place. They’ve delivered my packages to a church before. One time it was because “an animal was outside”. My animals (dogs) stay inside and are walked on a leash when they do go out. The most current situation is because of a “security delay”. I’m not sure what that means because my package is dog food. Either the drivers are lazy and don’t want to work or they can’t read. I guess it could be both as well. I wish I could choose which company my packages are shipped through because it surely wouldn’t be FedEx."
"They have delayed my package for 3 days now and u can't speak to anyone local. The driver came in the driveway and told my husband the package wasn't on the truck and somebody else was bringing it. Then it was delayed again. Now the lady at the customer service number (who knows where in the world that is) says its still on the trailer at the warehouse. But also says I can't call the warehouse directly because it directs called to the CS line."
"Fedex driver today stole my package. Said on the app it was delivered to my front door, but they didn't know I have ring cameras. They never came to my door. On top of that the picture they took as proof of delivery is taken on the truck because a Amazon box is next to my package. I can't believe this. Video evidence they never came to my door. And my address is clear as day on the package so it's no excuse."
