"Loaded out from a cross dock. Staff here is excellent. Awesome help getting a very difficult shipment loaded. Can't say enough about these guys. If only more shippers/docks were like these guys, trucking would be less a job and more of family business."
"One of their drivers is a whiney lil giver upper. He will not deliver to our business because he cant drive a big truck well enough to get onto our road. We have complained to the office and yet again he decided not to deliver our cargo monday. Unreliable weak minded drivers at averritt. Fire him so we can get our merchandise on time. We still havent got it."

"I have a shippment coming from Atlanta to Navarre FL, one peice around 100 pounds. Yesterday their tracking said attempted delivery at 540pm and we were closed. My restaurant is open until 9pm. I called, they said today. Tracking said today 8-2, nothing. I called at 3, they said a couple of deliveries before me then he will be there. Called back at 430, driver ran out of hours and returned to their facility. I would not recommend this company for any of your shipping needs, especially if it's time sensitive."
"We have been waiting on a shipment that has been sitting in their processing facility for 4 days and everyday they say they will deliver it. Still no delivery. I work close to them and see the trucks lined up down the street but they don't have either the trucks or the drivers to do their job. I don't blame the drivers or customer service, I blame the people managing the facility in MOBILE, AL. If you cant do the job efficiently then you shouldn't have the job in the first place."
