"Best customer service at the ups store today! They were busy due to everyone doing their holiday shipping and all the ladies working were friendly and efficient. Becca helped me today and she was helpful answered all of my questions and was patient with me through the process. Will definitely be using them for all of my future shipping and returns needs."

"I experienced a distasteful customer service experience. Coming from out of town and needing to return an item that I placed here was stressful. I should had avoided this place all together or at least done a review search prior to coming. After doing a review search on google due to my experience: The reviews are correct about the customer service. I came in with a box to return my item from Amazon. Amazon does not state the box needs to be tapped up, ready to go, product needs to fit in the box, etc. In fact, I didn’t need a label, all I needed to do was bring in the merchandise. Sadly, the lady with the glasses told me that I needed to make sure the item fits in the box and that I needed to tap it up. I asked her is that what is expected because other locations and where we live doesn’t state that. It also doesn’t state that on the return process from Amazon. In fact, other locations need to view the product first prior to it even being boxed. However, the lady with the glasses wanted it to be perfect for her. Again that was for this location of workers. Not every location is like this. She was also rude until my sister came in and did an observation. Then asked some questions regarding the owner’s information. Interesting that her tone began to change. It should have been like that before. However this was a rude person who thought she could treat anyone any type of way. In fact, the other woman was just as rude. These are horrible people. If you are an unkind, or horrible person, customer service is not for you. Save the job for people who are kind. I recommend people from out of town to never go here. You will be truly disappointed."

"I went in and asked if they could print one black and white label. They had a customer already on their one computer. The lady was working with other customers which was fine because it was not a pressing issue, but it couldn't be ignored how annoyed she was with my request. Her attitude was condescending at best. So what was the charge for this terrible experience where employee number 212543 shared her bad day with me? 26 cents for 1 copy(what I normally pay at the other UPS store) and $2.50 for "15 minute computer use time". I wasn't going to make an issue out of it because there were other people in the store, and there was no need to spread this negative energy any further. Besides, I know the employees at the other UPS stores carry themselves differently. This woman did not seem like someone who was going to lose an argument. I rarely leave negative feedback, especially when I have not given the employee the chance to resolve the issue, but this seemed to be a very deliberate and well-practiced habit that probably has affected other customers befo,re and surely will not be stopped by a little old me."

"The only reason I'm leaving a bad review is because of the lady with the blonde ponytail. I don't know if she's new or not, but evidently she doesn't want her job. HORRIBLE ATTITUDE, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, AND UNFRIENDLY...I don't even know why she even bothered to ask "How may I help you?" Because she clearly didn't want to help me. She made copies of my documents without removing the staples (she acted as if that was an inconvenience to remove them, isn't that a part of her job description?), she mixed the original with the copies (she couldn't tell which was the original and which was the copy), and she slammed and threw my documents on the counter at me. I've visited this particular location numerous times and I've NEVER had that kind of treatment. If she didn't want to be bothered, she should've stayed at home. I won't be returning here anymore."
