"Ritchey Woods is a great park in Fishers if you are seeking solace in the ever growing city. I love leisurely strolling in the Fall. The colors was not too vibrant but it gives you enough preview of of the magnificent Fall. It is really one of my favorite city park in Fishers."

"This is a fabulous nature preserve right in a spot where you'd least expect it. Great place to run in dirt trails, walk dogs, hold an event, or just have a quiet lunch on a weekday. The facilities, including restrooms, are always fantastically clean. It's important to remember that this is a preserve and not simply a park. The rules are slightly different and it's up to those of us who visit to keep things here as nice as they are! Whoever maintains and otherwise takes care of Ritchey Woods has done a phenomenal job for as long as I can remember- at least a couple decades at this point!"

"I did my first hike of the year this year here, and it was beautiful. Quiet and relaxing, the woods are very beautiful. There's a small cemetery along one of the trails, various places to sit down to rest, and restrooms that had a sign saying they were open during park hours. Trails were well maintained, a mixture of gravel and dirt. Bridges were great! A beautiful creek to marvel at, lots of signage up about not creek stomping at this particular location, restoration in progress ❤️ Saw a lot of mushrooms and birds. Lots of people with their doggos for walks, ample parking in the lot."

"Gorgeous park with well maintained hiking trails! I visited on a very warm day in May with our rescue dog (London), while my husband was doing a puppet show at Conner Prairie. London and I set off with no idea where we were going, or how long the paths were. We hiked through a variety of habitats, across well-maintained wooden bridges, and up and down small hills. Though there were many cars in the parking lot, and we saw some people along the trails, the park did not fell at all crowded. I enjoyed the sense of solitude as we traversed the boardwalk through the wetland area. There are modern restrooms, a covered shelter with picnic tables. If you like nature and adventure, this is a great place to visit!"
